  1. I think this is really wrong.. A doctor should be more reasonable and much overlooking for such situation..

Thanks god we don’t have such faculty members in the LIS department.. 🙂 otherwise it will be a place for Kick Boxing tournament .. I think The winner will be definitely for the one with THREE 🙂

    Don’t laugh Mohammed !!!

  2. And the student should also be more decent and respectful. The relation from both ends should be contained in boundaries of respect and understanding of the others’ position.

  3. But I think Doctors are mature enough to avoid those kind of students.. they have the ability to kick them out from the university and charge them in the Kuwaiti courts for any insult or sleazy or kitschy behavior..

we were young students who experienced the first life in university and the thrilling attitude that made us behave crazy to that life..

I will not defend the student, coz they should also be more respectful to the faculty members as we know:

من علمني حرفا صرت له عبدا

but I think Faculty members would be more tolerate to this kind of situation..

  4. Folk….
    One question !¡
    Hhhh here also questions 🙂

Am not defending that student’s behaviour for sure, BUT, Why do ‘some’ professors ‘intentionally’ put questions that r completely different than the curriculum ?

And yeah absolutely, what was done there is wrong no doubt.
    Best,

  5. Nice to see your comments here..

well they want to test your smartness 🙂 hehehe

honestly I don’t know… but my cousin who’s a doctor in the engineering college. I remember he told me once that he always give his students a general Islamic question. first to test their knowledge in Islamic issues and second its considered as a bounce question.

  6. Yeah I’ll try to participate here as well Sayyed 🙂

About the questions.. If they are as bounce questions, that would be so nice, but what I mean Sayyed questions related to the course but outside the curriculum.
    That’s… Shway 9a3ba.

    Meaning what !¡
Meaning if u became a professor inshalla Sayyed, r u gonna put questions just to test student’s intelligence ?
Not as bounce I mean exam’s questions ?

Well, the bounce thing u’ll put islamic ones (about “el ma39omean”) I guess so..
Lol so no one can get the bounce except 4 us 🙂

    Best,

  7. I think you will face that situation in the program as we did. some time the teachers will give you the questions in advance of the exam date, so dont expect the questions to be easy, you have to search for the answer so you can learn more as you search.

Or you can be given a take home exam with no direct answer, so you have to figure out the answer using critical thinking. each teacher has hi own approach and you have to adapt and accept it.

  8. well Mawlatna, as Mohammed said every teacher has his own approach in the examination papers..

I have never faced an outside question in the program, otherwise I will make them a problem :).. don’t panic I think no outside questions..

enshallah if a became a professor “Say Enshallah X 3” 🙂 I will convert my lectures to be as the ones in “7awzah”. teaching them “A9ool Al3aqeedah”, “Feqh”, “Qura`an”, “Falsafah”, “Na7ou”, and much more.. 🙂

so believe me, its not only a bounce question, its a real life hahah 🙂
